BALHAM is a traditional respiratory tract folk remedy made of only three 100% natural ingredients (Pine Resin, Raw Mountain Honey, Grass-Fed Ghee).
This simple bitter-sweet concoction makes a great soothing impact on the common cold and cough. It's more effective than any cough syrup you ever tried.

☛ As a preventive supplement: ½ - 1 teaspoon a day
For the best result, let Balham sit on your tongue for a while before you swallow.

💠 How our BALHAM is made:
Our maker Басият [Ba-si-yat] hikes up or rides his bike into the pristine mountains at the foothills of Elbrus Mountain, and sustainably forages the pine resin. Next, the resin is heated, cleaned of bark, particles, and impurities. Refined resin is then mixed with the local raw honey and homemade grass-fed ghee. And that's how our simple, yet powerful, herbal cough relief is made. All that is done by hand using traditional (pre-industrial) techniques passed down the generations.
